  • Damaged During Shipping: If your item arrives broken or damaged due to shipping, please contact me right away at info@armoredkitty.com within 48 hours of the package delivery date. Send photos of the damage along with your order number, and I’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

3. Handmade Items

  • Minor Defects and Variations: Handmade items may have small defects like misalignment, gaps, cracks, or slight color deviations. These are normal and part of what makes each piece unique, so your item might differ slightly from the photos. Please note that these minor imperfections do not warrant a refund or exchange.
