Thank you for shopping with Armored Kitty. I’m committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review my shipping policy below.
Processing Time
- Order Processing: I process all orders within 1-3 business days. Orders aren’t processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- Custom Orders: Processing times for custom or made-to-order items vary depending on the specific order. I’ll discuss the estimated processing time with you before your purchase.
Shipping Provided by Shopify
- Shipping Services: Shipping is handled through Shopify, and all rates and delivery times are determined by Shopify’s shipping carriers based on your location and the selected shipping method. I do not offer any specific shipping options or rates beyond what Shopify provides at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International Orders: Armored Kitty isn’t responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges that may apply to your order. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and aren’t included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
- Customs Delays: International orders may be subject to delays due to customs processing. Unfortunately, I can’t control or expedite this process.
Shipping Address
- Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate and complete. I’m not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact me immediately at info@armoredkitty.com. I’ll do my best to accommodate changes, but I can’t guarantee that I’ll be able to modify the address once the order has been processed.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier or use their tracking system for assistance. I’m not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- Stolen Packages: Armored Kitty isn’t responsible for packages marked as delivered that are reported stolen. Please ensure that your delivery location is secure or arrange for the package to be delivered to a safe location.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of the delivery date. I’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
